Not an emergency service
LOST101 is a personal phone relay for non-emergency use. It does not replace 911
or any emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911 directly.
No call-back
LOST101 only connects outbound calls. Your contacts cannot call you back through
LOST101. This is by design — it prevents misuse and protects both parties.
Never send money over the phone
LOST101 will never ask for payment, passwords, or gift cards over the phone. If
someone on a LOST101 call asks for any of these, hang up immediately.
How opt-out works
If you were added as a contact and want to remove yourself, you can do so at any time:
- Reply STOP to any LOST101 text message
- Reply DELETE when asked to verify your number
- Visit the Remove My Number page
Your phone number will be immediately removed from all contact lists.
Report abuse
If you believe LOST101 is being used inappropriately — unwanted calls, harassment,
or any misuse — contact us immediately at
support@mail.888lost101.com.
We investigate all reports and can suspend accounts.
Caller ID
All calls routed through LOST101 display "LOST101" as the caller ID on both sides.
Personal phone numbers are never shown to either party.
